I started @crossfit 11 years ago in the peak of my postpartum depression and anxiety. A couple of years in and I immediately knew I wanted to own a gym one day where I could bring my kids and other moms could bring their kids.

I am so proud of the message this sends to moms and kids alike. Moms deserve one hour a day to ourselves to reset and refocus and work on us. Our kids deserve to see their moms thriving, finding community, and one thing about these kids…they will never be scared to walk into a gym and throw some weight around:

To accommodate your busy schedule, we are temporarily adding in a 9am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays for all of June and July.

We had our first yoga class tonight! Yoga is every Wednesday at 6:30 pm until June 10th and then we will reassess if we are going to do another session! You can buy a class pass to try it out for one day and see if you like it! Cost is $10 + tax and is open to the public!
