At CrossFit Golden Warrior, we offer two type of CrossFit classes:



The CrossFit classes offer a high intensity, constantly varied approach to working out. Every day you walk through that door, you will be doing a different type of workout to achieve functional and optimal fitness.

On Ramp Classes

If you want to join CrossFit, but have never participated in CrossFit, this is the classes for you. The On Ramp classes offer an in depth look into essential movements and how to do them properly. You also will learn how the workouts are structured and how to modify the workouts if you are not able to do a movement properly. 


**If you have never participated in CrossFit, this 2 week course will be required before moving into the regular CrossFit classes**
